      Simple but convenient egg separator

      This elegantly designed egg separator is simple but very effective. I've always separated yolks from whites by trying to split the exactly in half and using the shells, but that is a losing proposition most of the time for me, as I seem to mess it up each time. This one really assists you to get it right by helping you gently crack the egg and then it lets the white sits its way down into the cup and keeping the yolk intact in the upper chamber. Just a really convenient kitchen accessory, perfect for if you want to whip up egg whites for an egg white omelet, or use the yolks for special recipes. It's a fairly compact size and comes apart easily to make it really easy to clean.
