great idea; poor manufacturing

This is such a great idea--keep bandaids sorted by size with room for bigger bandages on the other side and ointment on top. But the execution is shoddy. Most of the plastic nubs that make the compartments tilt open instead of fall out were broken when it arrived, and the few that are left look like they'll be broken with just a few uses. I like the concept so much that I used duct tape as a makeshift hinge and I'll live with it, but I really wish someone would take this great idea and do a better job of manufacturing it. Five-star idea; one-star execution.

Poor Quality

The first one I ordered didn't have the lid on top. I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement free of charge, which was very nice of them. The second one was broken, though. One of the plastic tabs that allows the band-aid portion to open was broken off. I didn't bother Amazon again. I just chalked it up to poor quality. I wouldn't recommend this product, it's not very good quality.

Holds a lot of bandages

I had a family pack of bandages I bought from Amazon that came with a damaged box so I needed to change it out. I read all the reviews and everyone spoke about the flimsy top but that didn’t bothered me since this was going in the cabinet and I didn’t need the Neosporin to be placed with it since it’s already stored in the medicine section of my draw and my household is used to it being there. I was skeptical of it holding much bandages but to my surprise, it holds a lot. It didn’t hold the entire box of 280 but it hold a good amount without the biggest bandages and some of the second biggest size. I was pleased with the amount bandages it holds. I didn’t use the top and yes, it is flimsy.

Not perfect, but meets a need

The top compartment does not click into a closed position and could easily dump, especially if tossed into a duffel, etc. A rubber band would secure it. That piece could be completely detached and discarded and you would still be left with a useful bandage organizer. The other compartments work well enough and will hold the contents of a large box of band aids of assorted sizes and keep them organized so you can get the size you need quickly and see when it is time to restock. Having them all scrambled together in the original retail box is not ideal. We have boys in our household and go through lots of bandages quickly. I have looked and there does not seem to be any competing product on the market and not even any general-purpose multi-compartment boxes that are well suited to this use (surprising because they come in a wide variety of sizes). This is it. Well worth having if you go through bandages like us. I wish it were a little better designed, but it does seem sturdy and unlikely to break.

Only decent option on the market...

Works as advertised. The plastic feels very chintzy but is holding up well. None of the compartments give a positive latching feel when closed but I haven't had any issue with it opening up unexpectedly. The compartment for large dressings could be a little bigger but is enough to hold ~half dozen large bandages or gauze pads. This is the only real option for a minimalist first aid kit that keeps things organized. The ideal product would be made of metal and have room to store a couple more sizes of band aids but that product doesn't exist, at least not anywhere I've been able to find.
